If you have a Rental Account with either of these two music stores that includes maintenance coverage, we can now repair your rental instrument at no charge to you upon receipt of proper authorization.

It is quite simple to get your rental instrument repaired by us. When you bring your instrument in for repairs, just provide us with the following information:

1. Customer's name (as shown on your contract)
2. Customer's phone (as shown on your contract)
3. Instrument type and model
4. Instrument's serial number
5. Customer's account number
