There are two of us: Kent Winking and Kyle Steensma. We're dads and we're husbands. We played in school bands and carved out careers in the music business as players and repair techs and salespeople for other music stores. We've been at this a long time and we have our opinions about what's right and what's not in the music business. Our business is the product of this experience.
    Our commitment to you as a retail customer is influenced by the likelihood that we'll be making adjustments and repairs on an instrument for as long as you are the owner. It's a good mix.
